We recently returned to Motorino for dinner after several months, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to our previous visits. Each of us ordered different dishes, and everyone agreed that the quality wasn’t as good as before. The pizza, in particular, was much thinner and drier compared to previous times.
The gluten-free options on the menu were quite limited, with my only vegetarian choice being the gluten-free pizza, which I decided to try for the first time. The server mentioned that they had recently changed the recipe, and while the dough itself was surprisingly good, the pizza was unevenly cooked. One half was thicker and undercooked, making it inedible, which was disappointing since the cooked portion was delicious.
Not sure if it was just a one-time issue or if they’ve recently changed the pizza chef, but this visit was definitely not one of their best.
