Mountain Mike's Pizza

To all my gluten-free people — do not eat here. I’m absolutely disgusted by what I witnessed. My buddy and I went in for pizza, (my buddy is gluten-free) and watched through their open kitchen window. Not once did we see them separate the gluten-free crust from the regular flour. No clean space, no glove change, no fresh roller or knife — nothing. When I waved down a worker to ask if they actually keep gluten-free crust separate, he brushed it off and told his coworker that I was “freaking out about my pizza.” Newsflash: I wasn’t "freaking out" until after my buddy and sister ate theirs and found out it definitely wasn’t gluten-free — Anyone with a gluten intolerance or Celiacs understands what happens after. I didn’t get the guy’s name, but to the gym-rat employee in the back who we watched handle the gluten-free crust with the same gloves, roller, and knife as everything else — stop trying to pick fights with customers who are just asking about health safety. This place clearly doesn’t care about cross-contamination or the people who could get seriously sick from it. Absolutely unacceptable. To top it all off, the pizza isn’t even worth the hassle. It’s bland, overpriced, and falls apart the second you pick it up. My buddy paid around $23 for one gluten-free pizza and a salad, and my order — two mediums and some garlic cheesebread — came out to just under $55. The luau pizza completely fell apart, toppings sliding everywhere, an absolute mess. For those prices, I expected something to be good, but it was a total letdown.

Great experience at this Spanish Fork location. We came at a slow time, with 2 staff members. Pizza was slightly slow coming out, but so well made, tasted great. Awesome staff. Took good care of us. Love that they have gluten free crust! Great choices. Very clean inside, even in the bathrooms

We went in to check them out for the first time. They have Gluten-Free crust and I think that make it themselves. My wife went crazy over the Gluten-Free crust. Said that it is the best one that she has ever had. As far as mine it was great! I was able to get a peperoni and jalapeno pizza. Most places don't carry jalapeno. We will definitely go again.
