Mountain Mike's Pizza

This was my first time trying a savory gluten-free pizza, and I have to say—I was completely overwhelmed by the taste in the best possible way. From the very first bite, I could tell this wasn’t an ordinary pizza. The crust had a distinct flavor and texture that was unlike anything I’d had before—crispy on the edges, yet soft and slightly nutty in the center. It had a depth of flavor that made every topping stand out even more.

Went here on opening night. It was packed. As busy as they were you could see that it was all hands on deck. Service was great. Morale was on point. The food was awesome. Definitely not a wing spot. They are on the menu but I was not impressed. The pizza though was awesome. Even a gluten free option. It was all really good minus the wings for me. They do have a lunch buffet that comes with an assortment of pizzas. Will be a returning customer for sure.
