This place is an institution around these parts. It's expanded into a much bigger place with plenty of parking and plenty of seating for those coming to the Blue Mountains or crossing over on a big road trip. The staff here are excellent, with a welcoming smile, efficient service and keeping the place nice and tidy. There is an enormous selection of pies, catering for carnivores, vegetarians, vegans and those needing gluten free options. I tried the Mexican one and the pumpkin and cashew nut. The Mexican one had great flavours, with a hit of chilli. The pumpkin was ok, but a little under seasoned. Couldn't resist their custard pie, so I had to try it. It was a nice little sweet treat. Overall, a great experience, with some tasty pies on offer.
