This is a small and wonderful little health food store. The prices are pretty bad, even for a health food store, so if you can find what you need somewhere else, go somewhere else. But the beauty of Mountain Mama is that they carry a lot of products that are difficult to find elsewhere, especially for those with sensitivities to gluten, dairy, etc. The staff are very nice and chill, and they've got some great in-house baked products.

Your one stop shop for gluten, vegan, or dairy free products! Vitamins, kombucha, you name it. They also have a deli where they make sandwiches and wraps. Tried the mountain mama mia Italian sandwhich with some modifications (gluten free wrap and dairy free cheese) what a delight. I will be back!
