I was working in an office nearby and was looking for lunch - I haven’t eaten here since prior to my Celiac Disease diagnosis. I noticed on the menu that there is a wide variety of items across all categories that can be made “gluten conscious” with substituted items. If you have to avoid gluten you know sometimes there are no options, or no substitutions available and it can be a challenge eating the same things over and over again. I wanted to give it a shot, so I placed my order on the Moxies website with an ask for GC subs. I ordered the following to share with a gluten sensitive coworker: Truffle parm fries Roasted tomato and whipped feta dip Chipotle mango chicken The restaurant called right away and confirmed substitution selections with me. The fries were baked instead of fried to avoid cross contamination, the dip was served with crackers instead of bread, and the chicken was served with jasmine rice instead of ancient grains. When I went to pick up I was served by the manager who was incredibly friendly. I really appreciated the attention to detail and care that was put into my order- I did not feel like a burden or that the substitutions were too much work. The best part is that everything tasted great - I would happily reorder these items again and they kept absolutely fine in containers and made it back to the office. We both feel great hours after eating and are excited to be able to add some variation to an otherwise relatively flavourless mealtime. Thank you so much for taking the time to make my experience great, even if I didn’t dine in!

I have celiac disease and need modifications to my meal. Everyone (especially my server) was knowledgeable and helpful. Had the Black Bean Tacos deconstructed, and it was delicious!

I got the blackened Mahi Mahi and it was really good! The waitresses were friendly. They don't have much for kids to do(no colouring) but they did have dry ice for ice-cream which was a hit! My mom has a gluten allergy and the waitress wasn't very knowledgeable. They don't have a dedicated fryer . Overall, it's average place to go...
