Honestly not impressed with the service I received this time. I felt like the bartender was trying to upsell me on everything. I ordered an espresso martini and he then asked if I wanted a shaken one or one from the machine which I replied whatever is on the happy hour menu. This was the first red flag. I’m sorry I don’t believe in upselling in that sense if it’s the same price then it’s fine to ask which one, but when an espresso martini is on the happy hour menu for 5 dollars why would you ask me which one I want. It seems pretty eye gouging to me. I then asked about the shrimp tacos. I asked about it being gluten friendly he suggested a lettuce wrap which I said ok. I asked for one taco. I want to make it known that I only had a drink menu in front of me. I never had a food menu in front of me. I was clearly looking at a drink menu happy hour. I asked for a side of hot sauce. He said it came with it. I was like ok. I stepped out and came back in to three tacos with nacho chips. My bf didnt want to make a big deal about so he said he would eat it. I’m sorry if I worked there and I knew that something was on the happy hour menu I would make sure to differentiate. Three tacos that I never ordered cost me 22 something where 1 taco is 5 something. I’m sorry that is so wrong. It’s my fault because I should have said something but it was also 1230 at that point. We also asked for napkins which he replied I have napkins but no plates. I’m sorry you have no plates for an entree of tacos that you decided to order for me. Absolutely terrible. To be honest I would never go there again for happy hour as it’s not good customer service. I believe in giving your guest the best possible experience not in making the bill as big as possible so you can make the most money possible. Not impressed and left a really sour taste in my mouth. Please train your servers and bartenders to ask the necessary questions.

First of all, I’d like to apologize to Adam for not doing this review earlier I went for lunch at Moxie’s with a friend of mine. Mary Adam gave us all the time that we needed to discuss what we need to discuss. He was very patient and understanding we didn’t feel rushed. We didn’t feel uncomfortable. We felt at home. Adam was very efficient as I am Gluten Free. I have celiac he was very informative and constantly asking me if I was allergic to anything else and read out the whole menu of what I was choosing of what was inside, so nothing would affect me. I wish every restaurant was like this it would make life so much easier as for celiac it is very difficult to go out and eat, but I wish they would make it easier. I was very comfortable after I ate, he made us laugh. I truly felt like I was at home. I would like to thank Moxies for hiring Adam and keep him because I might steal him. He is a very good server and a very good speaker extremely friendly thank you very much Adam
