Moy's Gluten Free Kitchen

I visited Trini with my partner from Canada who is gluten sensitive, and was sad that she would not get the chance to try my Mom's curry duck with a good dhalpuri, but Moy's to the rescue! Her roti is top notch 👍🏾 I recommend giving the Sada a quick reheat on a tawa, but it puffs up really nicely and tastes great! Also her brownies are nice and rich, but not too sweet. Every time my brother who is lactose and gluten intolerant visits, our go to is Moy’s. He loves the dhal puri and the cupcakes especially. We even tried the gulab jamoon and he loved those too. Ordering process is easy and the whole process is pleasant and efficient. You won’t regret ordering!

It’s been about six months since my daughter began suffering from extreme eczema and psoriasis. Along with that came an extensive list of allergies—dairy, wheat, and eggs—which drastically limited her meals. This was incredibly difficult for me, especially since cooking and baking for her is how I show my love. Watching her meals become so bland broke my heart. But a few days ago, I discovered Moy's Gluten Free Kitchen, and it felt like a miracle. My daughter suddenly rediscovered her joy in food. I ordered the chocolate cupcakes and dhalpourie roti, and if I hadn't bought them myself, I wouldn’t have believed they were allergy-friendly. I had to hide the cupcakes to keep her from devouring them all in one go! And the dhalpourie… it melted in my mouth, soft and flavorful, just like the traditional kind made with regular flour. It was nothing short of divine. Thank you, Moy’s Kitchen, for giving me the gift of feeding my daughter the foods she loves, without sacrificing her health. I can’t express how much I appreciate you.
