Mr Chen's Authentic Chinese Cooking

Ordered four dishes, but one was swapped for a non-gluten free option, and the Taiwan rib dish was half chunks of pure fat. The rest of the food was spectacular.

This is the most fresh-tasting Chinese food! They use much higher quality ingredients than is typically found in restaurants of similar style and price. I don't think they use any MSG, and best of all they can make almost any of the entrees gluten-free! It's obvious that the chef here truly cares about his craft and takes pride in making each dish excellent. He even created a special gluten-free sauce for us the last time we were here and it was amazing. All the servers are very friendly and professional. It's clean and has a nice bathroom. The only thing is that it's just one big room for the seating so if you're seated in the middle of the room it doesn't feel very private.
