Mr. Fuji Steakhouse and Sushi

I absolutely LOVE Mr. Fuji! We go there at LEAST 4-6 times a month. The salmon skin hand roll is my absolute favorite followed by the spicy scallop hand roll. Soooo good!!!! They are also GREAT with accommodations for gluten free needs, which is a welcomed find. They are always friendly. When you order to go…give them a little extra grace and time. Sometimes they get backed up due to making so many yummy orders!!!!

First of all, they have gluten free options! We tried the grill side where they cook in front of you. I'll be honest, the portions are big, which I love, but the cost is definitely higher. I'm assuming the cost includes paying for the chef. If you want fried rice, it does cost extra. I think I prefer the regular tables because you can order the hibachi food and it costs less. I really appreciate them having gluten free soy sauce! And... If you get them, they have coupons in some of the mailers.
