I ordered the gluten-free pizza option. It was the best gluten-free pizza I've had in the past year. The crust wasn't soggy, which is typically and issue with gluten-free pizzas. The employee also confirmed that they prepared the pizza on a separate surface to minimize contact with flour. The employees were all super friendly and the pizza was high quality.
