Incredible chicken, and safe for Celiacs. I was very happy to find Mr Pollo. With my severe gluten allergy (Celiac Disease), there are not very many options in Pensacola. Almost the entire menu at Mr Pollo is GF, except their quesadilla. Their charcoal cooked chicken is tender, juicy and flavorful.

Delicious food!!! Not Mexican food, tastes much better and authentic. I love eating here because I can eat gluten free and the chicken isn’t fried. Staff is friendly and helpful. I eat here at least once a week. Reminds me of the Latin food I used to get in New York.
