Mr. T's Pizza & Ice Cream

Great gluten free pizza! Mr T’s has become a go-to dinner spot when we visit Lookout Mountain!

I don’t know what’s going on on night shift but somehow they’re losing orders! I wasn’t the only one!!! As you can see on the photo I called in and ordered at 8:33pm. I called again to let them know I was about to pull up because there was traffic to please not lock the doors! The guy was nice on the phone! But once I got there the young ladies couldn’t find my order in the system! They asked one of the guys. At first he said “I remember that order. I made it what did I do with it” he was looking all around for it! Then he said oh I thought you were someone else calling to leave the door unlocked! Another lady came to the counter to tell them she had ordered a gluten free pepperoni pizza! They couldn’t find her in the system either! So then they just act like we never ordered! I showed them their number in my phone even called in front of them! He finally told them to take our orders! I asked if they were offering anything for free since they don’t have our orders! At first the mixed girl act like she was about to get an attitude talking about “well technically we’re closed and don’t have to take your order” I said well ma’am I ordered 30 minutes ago! She then said well that’s a Nate question! He said No!!! So we all proceeded to order AGAIN! How in the world are you losing people’s orders and don’t even appreciate that customers are driving all the way across town passing thousands of restaurants to spend money at your business and just give us your tales to kiss! Also I paid for extra cheese but you could see the red sauce through the cheese! It still tastes good like back in the days but unfortunately the service sucks on night shift! I was sooo excited to go because I haven’t been in over 10 years! Never again! They should’ve at least offered a fountain drink or something for the mixup… not even an apology! Sad

we loved Mr. T’s pizza! the gluten free was amazing and everyone was super happy.
