Was concerned at first because it seemed a little sketchy from the outside, but this turned out the be the best shawarma place I've tried in Ottawa so far. The line was a little slow but they are taking care and have good service and good food. Nice private sitting areas. only negatives: not that crazy about the falafel (but it was gluten-free) and the couches were a little worn.
