When arriving there were no clean tables. We had our table cleared of plates but no one came over to wipe the table that was full of sauce and had bits of food all over it. When asking a question about the food, we were sharply asked if we had a gluten allergy which we explained wasn’t the issue. The young male waiter, rudely and randomly said no then stormed away. Leaving us stood at the till embarrassed! So we waited and no one came over to serve us, not friendly service at ALL! We had no choice but to order via the app which wasn’t helpful due to our dietary requirements so had to pick something which wasn’t what we wanted and it wasn’t very nice. The food for the whole of our table arrived in massively staggered times, we almost finished the food that was brought out first by the time the last food item had arrived. Overall, not helpful or friendly staff, the food was okay but not if you actually want to eat the whole of your meal at the same time. I do not recommend.

Absolutely superb food, friendly service, the best bubble tea in the South West, AAAAAAAAAAND they have a gluten-free kitchen!
