We had an incredible experience at Ms. Hanh’s cooking class! We joined the afternoon session, which included a trip to the market and a chance to explore parts of Hoi An we hadn’t seen before.
The class had just over 10 people, and we learned to make four delicious dishes: Beef Pho, Fresh Rolls, Fried Spring Rolls, and Vietnamese Rice Pancakes. At the end, Ms. Hanh gave us a small booklet with all the recipes and a thoughtful little gift.
My girlfriend and I are both gluten-free, and there were others in the class with dietary restrictions too. They were great at accommodating everyone’s needs, which made the experience even better.
The price includes pickup and drop-off within Hoi An, making it super convenient. Highly recommend!
