I didn’t even get to the restaurant my review is about the phone call I had with ISABELLA I asked her about gluten intolerance for the banquet menu She was so uninterested She said yes we can do substitutions When I asked what they were (because a lot of places just substitute meat/fish for vegetables) she told me “you’ll just have to find out when you get there” And then I asked if they use gluten free soy sauce in their dishes (that determine how many dishes I could eat) she again responded I’ll find out when I get there. The whole point was that we was to find out whether it was worth it to attend the set menu lunch or if it would by an issue sigh.
