Mt. Fuji

This is my second time going here. I am gluten free (not by choice). What they did for gluten free was amazing! I told my waitress Li that was gluten free. She took extra care and it was above and beyond what I expected. I had my own gluten free bowl of soup and salad with oil and vinegar options as the dressing contained gluten. We had a “master chef” Modi. He apologized for being late to the table as he was washing (with the gluten free sponge and all those things). He then cleaned the grill, they always do this, but with brand new clean everything. He then made my meal first so that it touched nothing else containing gluten. He checked with me before he put anything on the grill. My food was also wrapped and opened at the table to show me that it was all not cross contaminated. The amount of care that they took to make sure that I was safe and had an amazing experience was beyond what I could have asked for! Then he started the other meal was started. So we get twice the show! I would highly recommend this place if you have a gluten allergy. It was amazing!

Gluten free I have been here many times they all know exactly what gluten free is they cook my food first on a clean flat top I’m celiac and never had a cross contamination problem The food is delicious, the experience is a lot of fun and the view is spectacular.
