I decided to go here for my birthday recently. Every dinner entree we got was just exploding with all kinds of complex flavors. I personally ordered thali and chilly momo. This was my first experience with Northern style Indian food, and honestly I don't think I'll go anywhere else for Indian in the near future. The staff were all extremely kind and attentive, and were extra communicative regarding my wife's gluten allergy. I can't recommend Mt Everest highly enough.
