There really is no substitute for quality, and that's what's behind this fresh take on Mexican food. I generally avoid it, because I'm dangerously allergic to cilantro, but despite the risk I wanted to take out the lady for a special meal. An Indian woman took our order, and changed her gloves for my wife's sake right away. We told her about the foods that make us sick, and she helped us navigate away from certain things. To be specific, I also can't have ANY dairy or I get sick. Somehow, we ate here, and neither of us got sick, again. So, if you're wondering if you should bring your intolerances and allergies here, you should definitely go for it. For example, they have two cheeses - one is regular, and the other is vegan. Big thanks to the people who work there, and to the owners who keep it running this way.
