Staff are friendly, service is good. Coffee is good but muffins are stodgy and tasteless. Bought 4 muffins (4 for £10), apple & cinnamon, choc chip, coffee & walnut, Raspberry (gluten free), they all tasted pretty much the same. Too much raising agent. Really not pleasant and didn't finish them. At least Costa muffins are cheaper and actually taste of something.
