We were there recently and my wife ordered the blackened mahi-mahi. We told the server that it needed to be gluten free and she said, no problem. A little later she came back and said the mahi-mahi was not an issue, but in talking with a manager, the veggies would be an issue because they are cooked on the same grill either the burgers, etc. she offered to steam them in a separate container but it would be a little longer.
I have been to four star restaurants that never asked or seemed concerned about the details of a gluten free meal. The device that night was exceptional. The server’s name is Taylor and she went way beyond what we regularly experience in a restaurant.
