There is a new baker named Julien at the MUNCH Museum cafe. And he has fully curated the new collection of pastries 🥐 He’s a passionate baker who is bringing bespoke pastries to Oslo that you won’t be able to find anywhere else because these are Julien’s originals. Here are a few of my favorites, but keep in mind, Julien is changing the menu with the seasons and his creativity! Fastelavnsbolle / Carnival Bun I - The cardamom bun with whipped cream, almond paste, roasted nuts and crunchy almonds Fastelavnsbolle / Carnival Bun II - The new croissant bun, tonka cream, apple compote, and white chocolate Yuzu croissant - A spherical croissant with yuzu puree and white chocolate ganche Grandma’s cake - A piece in Julien’s collection that follows him where ever he goes to not have any waste. His version of bread pudding with a different recipe each time Norwegian cheesecake - An inclusive low sugar, gluten-free, lactose-free chessecake made of locally sourced cheese without missing a beat on flavor Croissant - The perfect crunchy, buttery, and golden piece of Muma cafe. The croisssant is the main reason Julien became a baker
