Murasaki

Murasaki was able to cater to my gluten allergy and my son's peanut allergy. We called and talked to the staff before placing an order online to be sure they could make dishes gluten free and peanut free. They suggested we note any customizations or allergies for dishes in "special request/memo" box when ordering. All of the food was delicious... we will definitely be back!

Great experience!! I was impressed by the range of menu options, including a little section of vegan sushi rolls!! They have gluten free soy sauce!!! I had hot sake with my vegan rolls. Often I find hot sake is briefly heated in a microwave prior to serving. This is less than ideal as the heat dissipates relatively quickly and it will almost certainly not remain hot through your meal. I honestly don't know what methods of heating are typically used in addition to a microwave, but this was almost certainly not heated by microwave? My sake stayed hot in the thick ceramic ramekin for the entire duration of my meal. Perhaps the stone wear was heated prior to serving? I have no idea, but it was a welcomed change on that chilly evening!! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Most employees would check on me as they walked by, not just my server. (This sort of team approach is admirable in an organization. It helps employees know they are not alone and overall can reduce stress, and it provides better service to the customer.) I will be back!
