Update: Fixed! The food is really back up to the high bar MCHC set. Portions and flavor were on point. Management did a great job reaching out to understand my concerns, and shared some background of what they've been doing to ensure a good experience for their customers. It's really great to have my favorite place to grab hot food and beer back on the list. Original: Quality is really suffering suddenly. I used to visit this place 2-3 times a week for the gluten friendly chicken tenders. In the last several visits, my wife and I noticed that the portion size for the tenders has shrunk by 30-40%, and that there's practically no sand on the tenders. I used to have to ask for half-sand because they would load up the tenders with their amazing seasoning, and in the last two visits I've had to ask for double just to get something barely approaching what it used to be. Crushing, but I don't think I'll be going anymore. I can't justify the cost for just the service and atmosphere. I hope they'll let me know if they fix this.
