Service was great and the ramen was the best ramen I’ve ever eaten!! Staff were super knowledgeable about allergies and intolerances, the gluten free noodles were delicious!

I wasn’t aware that Musoshin was a Michelin guide restaurant, but I was on the hunt for a gluten-free ramen option with some friends, and they delivered just that. They made sure from the noodles to the broth that it was gluten free 🙂 which was greatly appreciated. I ordered the Ajitama ramen, and the flavors were fantastic—perfectly balanced and not too heavy. The wait time was reasonable, but keep in mind that only parties of six can make reservations. .

Cozy little spot! We liked their gluten-free and vegan options. The ramen broth was rich and flavour-filled. Only wish their bowls were bigger so we could have more! The strawberry mochi and ice cream were a nice, and sweet way to end off the lunch. Also their Shokupan (milk bread) is SO GOOD! Highly recommend!
