I wasn’t aware that Musoshin was a Michelin guide restaurant, but I was on the hunt for a gluten-free ramen option with some friends, and they delivered just that. They made sure from the noodles to the broth that it was gluten free 🙂 which was greatly appreciated.
I ordered the Ajitama ramen, and the flavors were fantastic—perfectly balanced and not too heavy. The wait time was reasonable, but keep in mind that only parties of six can make reservations.
