Muzita Abyssinian Bistro

I have allergies and called beforehand to see if they could accommodate. They said they could. They then served us a dish that had one of my allergens throughout it. They replaced it, but the allergen dish stayed on the same plate as the rest of the good so it limited what I could actually eat. The replacement came ready to-go because it took so long to cook. Both meat dishes were tough. Trying to make a meat stew in 40 minutes that needs hours to cook thoughtfully proved unsuccessful. Was not easy to eat. Service was not even bare minimum. Absent drinks, then wrong drinks, then warm water only. We were there for about 2 hours. We went most of the meal lacking what we ordered because the server did not check in it remember things we asked for. I definitely would not go back or recommend. The collard greens were good... If you order a dish, order that to-go. They do have gluten free injera, but only sometimes so call ahead to make sure it's available that day.

The food is so flavorful, and they have gluten free injera. This place never disappoints.
