NOT safe for celiacs. Asked about 100% gluten free because I'm celiac and can't have any traces of it. They assured no gluten was present in their dishes. I found out the hard way after that meal that there was gluten in their arepas. Again, not safe for celiac. So there's probably traces of gluten, cross contamination or even more than that in any of the ingredients. The service was okay, it had long waiting times for a dish to come from the kitchen delivery area once it was ready to the table. Food was delicious though.

Absolutely amazing, from the service to the quality and portions of the meals are excellent! If you're looking for authentic venezuelan food or if you're looking for a new hispanic food experience you will not be dissapointed at my cabana. Celiac safe, lots of gluten free options, and competitive pricing. 10/10
