Outstanding food and quite creative cooking to accomodate for various dietary requirements in our group (some gluten free, some vegan, and some meat eaters). I thoroughly enjoyed the service and explanation of each menu item from our dinner, which gave insight into Fabien's careful choices in creating such a lovely evening.
