A hidden gem in Newtown!! The food is amazing, such good value for money. The halloumi pita is delicious and amazing gluten free options including cake! The owner is so friendly too - very lovely place!

Hands down some of if not the best falafel I’ve ever had. Crunchy on the outside, fluffy and flavorful on the inside. They’re handmade right in front of you, that’s how you know they’re fresh! It went really well with the tahini, salad, rice and chili sauce - which was a tad sweet and balanced out the savoriness of the rest of the bowl. The friendly atmosphere created by the guy running this place is what really brings it over the top. He’ll strike up a nice conversation with each customer, showing he truly cares about each of their experiences. Not only this, but as I waited people from the area kept coming in to check on him and have a quick chat, showing he’s left a mark on those who have eaten there before. I also have to show some love to the gluten free brownie - it wasn’t too heavy and was nice and gooey in the middle - definitely worth trying if you’re in the mood for dessert! Truly a lovely place to eat at in Sydney, it’s a wonderful (well-priced!) addition to the Newtown area!
