This restaurant is generally wonderful and offers great food options. My partner's cheeseburger was great (glad he loved it), but my hamburger left a little to be desired. We ordered these burgers for take-out to celebrate my birthday. I have Celiac Disease, and while the team does a fantastic job making sure to prevent any cross contamination/glutening, the burger just did not taste good to me. I fully expect GF buns to taste dry/tasteless (very common occurrence), but not the burger itself. My medium patty was very bland, no juicy taste whatsoever, and while I'm sure salt and pepper were included, I couldn't taste it myself (both times I've been here). Disappointed, as the majority of restaurants, and most of their menu is already restrictive for people like me (to no fault of their own). Pros: They are very kind, very caring about food allergies (for which I'm forever grateful), do offer some other GF options, carefully label everything, separate cooking station; wonderful for those afflicted with peanut allergies, and other dietary restrictions). Cons: Gluten-free burger meal should have more flavor. Make sure the meat tastes the same as others without the food restrictions, as there isn't any gluten in it. The bun could have a little butter or olive oil on it or made with measure-to-measure flour), maybe use a separate fryer if one is available for all patrons to have French fries. Please note: I'd be more than happy to change this review if they took some of these changes into consideration :)

From the food to the atmosphere to the beer selection and mostly to the bar staff, Mystic Station consistently exceeds all expectations. My wife and I regularly come in and our experience in the last three years of going has been always great; consistently great. The beer and food menu is always evolving but the experience is always the same. I'd like to disagree strongly with the review from two weeks ago from "Ellie T" that states that the music is excessively loud and the clientele is mostly "bros". If you have a request, the bar staff has always accommodated us whether it is the volume of the music, the dimming of the lights or the game on TV. Its easy to say nothing and let it affect your experience but its much easier just to bring your request the friendly staff. They'd be happy to accommodate. If I had a gluten allergy, I would appreciate the bar staff checking with the kitchen to make sure my experience doesn't turn sour by assuming something is gluten free. Also, as a weekly patron, I have never seen a "bro'd out" crowd. Its primarily couples, friends and families who are looking for a great meal and beer in a quality restaurant with owners who truly care about how good your meal is, whether or not they use the correct form of there, their, or they're, which, by the way, makes you sound extremely pretentious, ne c'est pas?
