02/16/2024 I am celiac, everything is perfect. They have the allergen issue under control, even for dishes that are not on the menu. The lamb was not a lot, but the flavor will fill your mouth like nothing else, highly recommended. Sometimes, less is more. 10/10 The only problem is that there is not one in central Madrid next to my work. "I would add another egg to the crumbs, but they were very delicious." -My companion.

Awesome. The best place in Sigüenza. In addition, they adapted the entire gluten-free tasting menu to us and provided spectacular service.
