Everytime I tried to come here, I couldn't. I didn't know you had to book a reservation at first, then I couldn't book a reservation ahead of time enough, then it happened. I thought, "maybe this time", and found the reservation site and there was an opening right when we wanted to be there on the same day (today!).
We sat down, they served tea right away and then we had the gluten talk. I am still nervous about this being the new allergy that it is but the server handled it with grace and kindness.
There were still many things that could be made gluten free. We got the aburi raft, substituted the unagi for saba and wow.
I can see why Nori has been a long standing local favourite and why you need a reservation.
