NY Bagel Factory (Newton)

Do not order here if gluten free! Ordered three bagel sandwiches via DoorDash. One gluten free with lettuce tomato cheese and two with lettuce and cheese. None were labeled GF, and everything but cheese on two was missing. Called and no way to refund my order and DoorDash only refunded $13 on a $60 order. Unreliable and clearly whomever made these sandwiches either did not pay attention or did not care. Especially concerning having ordered and paid more for gluten free.

I love coming here on the weekends when me and my friends get the chance. Even though it gets busy it's so worth it! Don't let the long line intimidate you. It goes fairly quickly. The seaport and Bronx bomber are a couple of my faves. Also the broadway and hells kitchen. They do have gluten free plain and gluten free everything bagels. Getting to know the staff Jose, Emilio, Juan, and Jon over time makes my experience that much better. The prices for the food and even for the beverage's makes it a major plus.
