Best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had. Crust was toasty but not hard. Had the rustic Sicilian and didn’t disappoint. It has a bit of a spice to it but not unbearable. Laura was such a great waitress!

Starting off by saying we intend to give two more opportunities in case we just had a bad experience with the new management. Order placed for carryout, where we showed up about 40 mins after the order was placed, and the order was still not completed. Eventually when we received the order and took it home, both pizzas were cold and the garlic knots were hot, meaning the order was not timed well so that all was given at a good temperature. Also, one of the pizzas was undercooked in comparison to other times we have ordered a Gluten Free Pepperoni. Taste and quality of the food was good, giving us the reason to go back and give two more chances to confirm the NYPD we loved when we first moved to HC, is back.
