Nacho Libre Taqueria

I adore this place. The food is so good and the seasoning is complex and rich yet simple at the same time which I love. If you like super spicy I am sure you can tell them to crank up the heat but for me the current level of spice is perfect. I am also a newly diagnosed celiac / extremely gluten allergic and basically can’t eat anywhere anymore, and I have eaten here multiple times without any issues at all. The service is outstanding as well. Anytime I am in the area I make a point to stop here.

The food was hot and tasty. They have gluten-free options. Service was a bit slow to start but it was the middle of lunchtime and they were busy. When we came in we only saw one lady waiting tables and doing it all. Another young lady did show up and helped wait tables but she appeared to be new. Overall though the food was great and we'll try it again in the near future.
