First time eating here. The food was amazing. We went to the food truck fest at the Henry Maier Festival Park. I had emailed Nadia the owner beforehand to ask if they had any GF options since I have celiac disease. Nadia responded right away and said that they could make me a pizza with cauliflower crust or I could order the Italian nachos without the Bechamel sauce or Brussel sprouts with Sriracha Mayo. When I got to the window to order they said they weren’t making any pizzas today because the person who put the food truck fest together wanted quick food, turned out. So no pizzas because it would take at least 10 minutes to make. Nadia said that she would make me a pizza anyway with whatever toppings I wanted and said I would be getting the first pizza of the day😁. I ended up ordering the Italian nachos and a pizza. Nadia didn’t even except payment for the food. She and her staff went above and beyond. Everyone was polite and friendly. I even chatted it up with her son while my pizza was baking and he said he enjoyed the cauliflower crust as well. I ended up putting $25 in the tip jar since she didn’t want to charge me. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend you try everything on the menu.
