We had a wonderful experience here! We have two kids with celiac disease and it’s hard to find places to eat. They asked immediately about food allergies or diet restrictions and went above and beyond to make sure our kids needs were safely met! The service was amazing, food was delicious! Overall a wonderful experience!!

I’ve done family and friend dinners here for 5 years now about twice a year. We’re gluten free and they do gluten free hibachi for us in the past. This has been the case on holidays, busy nights, low nights. Tonight however 1/7/2024 worst service ever in Atlanta dining. The new manager is giving all types of explanations as to why they can no longer do gluten free hibachi for our party of four. Instead of seating us somewhere else they keep us in hibachi section even though they are denying hibachi service. We order sushi as appetizer and hibachi entree. They bring the appetizer and entree together. They do not set the table with chopsticks and sushi plates I had to flag the waiter down to request chopsticks and plates for eating. Then I had to request gluten free soy sauce again because they brought wheat based soy sauce. My spicy tuna avocado roll never arrived to the table but was in the bill, manager fixed it after I got up to go to host to check out because the slow service was waning. The sake flight I ordered never arrived. The blackened ahi tuna was served chopped into little chunks like dog food and wasn’t even blackened. The waiter asked me how he could improve but they are trained backwards so it’s just management. Never seen an employee twice. With all those fails they didn’t even try to make it right. So sad cause this is the most acceptable hibachi restaurant in Atlanta and the food is basic and the service is poor.
