First, the staff seem to really understand "gluten free" which is critical for me. I don't recall what the menu said about gluten, but the server was able to answer my questions. The food is amazing here! Their signature chicken wings should be "world famous" or at least famous across the GTA. The coating is crispy and not saturated with oil. The dressing on the wings has a fresh taste. The beef in the vermicelli dish has a delightful smoky flavour. The veggies in that bowl are fresh and crisp. Overall the dish has layers of complex flavours that are highlighted by the special mint leaves. We want to come back to try many other dishes! Both times that we ate here it was busy but we did not have to wait for a table. If you plan to dine with a larger group, then call ahead for a reservation.
