This has always been my go to for sushi in Knoxville. That said, there seems to have been a staff turnover recently and I am not impressed. I was charged an additional fee for an item listed on the menu that comes with the meal and told by a server that she couldn't remove the additional charge that came on my bill. I had to get a manager involved to assist. I was also told they were out of tamari (gluten free soy sauce) and then the manager found a full bottle in the back after I had finished my meal. Tighten up Nama or you will lose your loyal customers.
