The Garlic and Scallions Noodles as part of YYCNoodleFest were excellent! Just enough chewiness in the noodles, and the meatless meat texture was quite convincing. The spicy oil at the table was a nice bonus!
The Dan Dan Noodles were creamy, which was different than the way they used to make them at the Szechuan Restaurant (now closed) on 16th.
There is also a huge selection of take-home vegetarian and gluten products in fridges and freezers.
A unique little treat of a restaurant!
