IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR CELIACS! I want to begin this review by thanking restaurants that open their kitchens to people with celiac disease. However, this decision carries a great responsibility, as we are talking about a disease, and not properly implementing this plan has consequences. Yesterday, I went to eat with my family (we first called to make sure it was a gluten-free kitchen, and they said yes, no problem). The first red flag, and the moment we should have asked them to stop the rest of our order, was when they brought the tartare with panko-breaded seaweed (on the same plate). The only option they gave us was: "I'll change your plate" (without any knowledge that there was already cross-contamination). This review is intended as constructive criticism. I know firsthand that adapting a kitchen to be gluten-free is difficult, but it's important to remember that you are playing with the health of your customers. What's more, I am writing this review today with pains that will last me a week and possible irreversible damage to my intestines.

This is my second time eating there, and they always treat you with great care. The service is fantastic, and the food is a dream. They're always attentive to dietary restrictions, like my gluten restriction. I'll be back again and again.
