Nando's, with its iconic status, certainly lives up to its reputation for delivering that distinct and crave-worthy chicken flavor.
The menu is impressive, especially with their attention to dietary needs like gluten intolerance, which is a big plus.
The queue system, however, could use some tweaking. It's hit or miss—sometimes you waltz right in, and other times you're left hungrily eyeing others' meals by the entrance. It makes me wonder if reservations could be an option to streamline the process.
Despite this minor quibble, the dining experience is generally top-notch. Yes, Nando's tends to pack diners in, leading to the occasional soundtrack of your neighbor's munching, but the friendly staff and delectable food more than compensate. I'm definitely looking forward to my next visit.
