Great experience at this branch today. Asked about allergies and explained about me being Celiac. They ran through everything they did to help and their manager also spoke to me about it. The food was delicious and I did not get sick. Well done Nandos.

Very disappointed with my most recent visit, the restaurant wasn't overly busy and there was plenty of staff but unfortunately once we ordered we waited over 20 mins without any drinks, I asked a waiter for the cups and she never came back, so I went to the counter to get them myself which was fine, the food finally arrived after 55mins and had to be sent back as they did not note the allergy and added bread to a gluten/dairy free order. They did replace the meal quite quickly but unfortunately the other was wrong again and the veggie option was completely different to what was ordered, the chicken wings in the end where some of the worst I've had at nandos, the chicken was like rubber and tasted awful, we ate the chips and rice which where hot and fresh but the chicken and pitas where left, such a waste of food and money.
