Lou Malnati's Pizzeria

So thankful for Lou’s gluten free deep dish pizzas! Seriously the best!

We were extremely disappointed with the quality of our pizza, we ordered a gluten-free and a regular, both came warm (not hot from the oven as would be expected), almost seemed like they were reheated. The gluten free was hard like cardboard with parts of it that did not seem fully cooked, and the regular pizza was not very tasty either. Not sure what happened, but at this price point one would expect a lot better. Other than that, the outdoor patio seating is very nice, and overall customer service and atmosphere was really nice and welcoming, and so was our server.

My daughter and I have Celiac disease so we need to eat gluten free. They do bake regular crust pizzas in the same oven as the gluten free but we had no issues after eating our pizzas. The gluten free crust is crispy but delicious. I would recommend the Lou pizza. It was delicious! I wish they would open a restaurant on the east side of Madison, WI or in Stoughton, WI.
