Best Italian we have had in San Antonio, by a large margin. Delicious, good portions. We had margherita pizza (modified to include sauce and pepperoni), spaghetti with meatballs, pasta Gorgonzola, the pear and pecan salad, and Italian cream cake. It was all fabulous. My wife and I agreed, it was the first restaurant we had been to in a long time that actually made us say WOW for how good it was. They have gluten free noodle options too, which was important for our family. Super highly recommend.
