Napoli Pizza & Restaurant (Blue Diamond/Rainbow)

Marco was awesome…outstanding service. The sausage pizza and gluten-free vegetarian pizza were excellent. The breaded mushrooms were good and for desert, the tiramisu is a must! Thank you for a great first experience. We will definitely be back!!

Napoli Pizza has quickly become one of my favorite spots and tonight reminded me exactly why. I had placed an order and something came up so I was not able to pick it up right away. When I arrived later they greeted me with such kindness and understanding and made me feel so taken care of. Their warmth and the way they treated me really stood out. What makes this place so special is not just the food which I genuinely love. Their wings are some of the best I have had. The ranch dressing is incredible and they have gluten free pizza that I absolutely love. I go a bit out of my way just to come to this location because the quality and consistency always speak for themselves. But tonight was different. Tonight reminded me that this staff is something truly special. The way they treated me meant more than they probably know. Napoli Pizza is not just a restaurant. It is a place run by people who care and I am so grateful! This is ran so well you guys are the best thank you so much for everything!

Firstly they said they had a gluten free cheese bread crust when I had called on the phone, which was untrue. The worker had headphones in and talked quietly which made it hard to understand what he was saying. Ordered a Pound burger and they only gave me a half since he wasn’t listening with the headphones in. Said “my bad” but didn’t do anything to fix it. Also said “make sure to leave a good tip,” which I just didn’t understand why that was necessary. Food was fine. It’s very cold in the building.
