Napoli Pizza Restaurant

So I’m commenting on Theresa‘s post that left two stars. The gluten-free pizza I receive from Napoli is astonishing. All the flavor is there the cheese, the sauce, everything down to the crust. Perfect amount of crispiness to the crust. The portion may be small, but if you eat the whole thing you’re full all day I don’t know why Teresa had the audacity to leave such a poor review on such an amazing pizza. I have celiac disease and this restaurant has never once glutened me. Napoli, I praise and love you for this. My apologies that you have to deal with customers like Theresa.

Ordered the gluten-free pizza. I know most restaurants use one of several available frozen gluten-free crust options and don’t typically make their own gluten-free crust (probably for the sake of time and cost). I am not sure which crust Napoli uses. I can often get past the basic, boring, repetitive nature of the frozen gluten-free crusts at restaurants; however, the sauce and cheese should be able to make up for it. The gluten-free cheese pizza I ordered here was incredibly tiny and flavorless. I was a bit surprised by the lack of flavor in both the sauce and the cheese considering the higher star ratings for this restaurant. For a such a tiny pizza priced at $14.95, I expected so much more.
