We went for the first time and the business manager, Arzu Hanım, welcomed us. The attention and the kunefe were excellent. The only place in Ankara where you can eat gluten-free kunefe. ✨

I had gluten-free kunefe brought from Ankara to Konya frozen for the holiday through a friend of mine. I kept it in the freezer. It came uncooked because it was in foil containers. Since I did not have a presentation container to cook the kunefe, I had to fry it in a steel pan. It does not cook in its own foil container. I tried it, it made a smell and burned. The cooking problem is my fault, but the cheese freezes like kashar. There was hardly any pistachio in it. The kadaif dough was also used less. I did not like it. It would have been better if we poured the kadaif ourselves. I do not recommend it.
