I’ve dined at Narbona several times before and always enjoyed the food — they do a great job catering to my gluten allergy, and the dishes are consistently delicious. But this last visit stood out in a whole new way. Franco, our server, completely elevated the experience. He’s a young man with a strong understanding of the menu, allergens, and what it means to truly take care of a guest. His attention to detail, care with my dietary needs, and overall vibe made me feel like I wasn’t just another table — I was the table. We’ve liked Narbona for a while, but Franco made me love this place. It was single-handedly because of his professionalism, warmth, and commitment to great service.
